Delivery

Currently, the VIADA Online Store delivers products both within Romania and internationally to any country in the European Union. Orders with delivery outside of Romania will only be validated if paid by card. Cash on delivery orders for international shipping will be automatically canceled. The delivery cost for European Union countries is 79 lei, regardless of the country, region, or destination city.

Delivery methods:

1. National

- Express Courier (Fan Courier): 1 – 2 business days*

- Express Courier (Sameday Delivery): 1 – 2 business days*

*Delivery times vary depending on the chosen payment method (for more details, see payment methods) and may exceed 1 - 2 business days during sale periods.

2. International

- Express Courier (DPD International): 2 – 10 business days*

Delivery costs:

National - FREE for orders exceeding 500 Lei

- 22.5 Lei for orders up to 499.99 Lei inclusive

International - 89 lei regardless of the order value

Order tracking:

The status of your orders can be tracked online. First, you must access the My Account section after logging in. Here you can either enter the Order ID in the Order Tracking field or access the Orders subsection. For more details, please contact the Customer Service Department.
